Old Man Joe is in hospice care currently here at the rescue. He is our newest resident. He has terminal cancer and is living his days out care free and warm. He was rescued from an RV park in Red Bluff, CA. He was neglected with no access to food or water, left outside in all weather. We couldn’t let him stay there to suffer and die. He is such a good boy!
